These female CHWs in training in Qaraghage, drawing the Cause and Effect Map of Maternal and Newborn death of their village to find the cause and effect of maternal and newborns death.
These male and female CHWs in Participatory Methods training in Qaraghage were very happy and loughing when they found through Pair Wise Ranking Map (the map helps the villagers to find the top pririties in their villages) that they need to be more cooperative to each other. The first group of CHWs were saying that the top priority for them was the lack of education and the second group were saying the cooperation, then the map showed the cooperation, in favour of second group.
